Wasp Stings and Appreciating Good Training Partners

I’ve been learning a lot the last couple of weeks, and probably the most valuable so far is the simple reminder of how awesome having good training partners can be. A normal part of training is losing motivation from time to time (or at least that’s been my experience). The excuses are endless — It’s too hot. It’s too cold and pouring rain. I’m tired. I don’t have enough time. Too much work to do… etc, etc… A good training partner is one who is there for you to give you that kick in the butt when you need it the most, knowing that you’ll be there to do it for them at some point later.
